A little practical help can make everyday life at home easier, whether you want a cupboard sorted or a familiar person to keep the household list moving. For older homeowners, that can also mean staying in the place they know. We can organize everyday belongings, tackle agreed small jobs, and arrange specialist quotes for work the home needs. You decide what changes and what stays.

Adult children and professional advisers can help arrange the first conversation, even from out of state. The homeowner’s priorities come first, and updates go to the people they choose. Our help is with the house and belongings; we don’t provide medical or personal care.

Choose help for one project, regular visits, or time away. You can arrange it for your own home or help a parent get started. We agree the work and price before we begin. One project is enough; you don’t need a monthly plan.

We sort and organize cupboards, garages, and other spaces with you, including when you’re moving to a smaller home. You choose what to keep, pass on, or donate. We can also create a photo inventory: a searchable list of your belongings and where to find them.

A partnership is a monthly plan for regular help around the home. We walk through your concerns, take care of agreed small jobs, and arrange quotes from specialists when needed. You approve the work and cost; we help keep the list moving.

Documented Home Watch

Home Watch means scheduled visits to your house while you’re away. We look through agreed areas for visible concerns, take photographs, and send you a written update. If something needs attention, we contact you and follow the arrangements agreed before you leave.

ARRANGING HELP FOR A PARENT?

You can help.
They stay in charge.

You can arrange the first conversation from wherever you live. Start with one project; a monthly plan is optional.

Talk about a parent’s home

  1. Start together.

    Tell Adam what would help. A parent and family member can join the first call together. We involve the homeowner before planning a visit.

  2. Separate payment from permission.

    A family member can arrange payment while the homeowner directs the work. We agree who pays, who approves costs, and who decides about belongings before work begins.

  3. Keep the right people informed.

    The homeowner chooses who receives updates. We send a clear account of completed work, outstanding jobs, and decisions needed by email. No app or login is needed for these updates.

02 / THE WORK, WRITTEN DOWN

A little less

After a visit or project, we send a plain-language update: the jobs completed, anything still waiting, and the decisions we need from you. We can email it to family members you choose, so nobody has to rely on memory or learn an app.
